Late payment policy 

I work as a registered childminder as I love caring for children and supporting their development. However it is my chosen career and business. I would be grateful if you could ensure that you are prompt in paying your monthly/weekly invoice.

 

I accept payment a week/month in advance. Payment is due on the first contracted day of that week/month. If payment has not been received on that date I will refuse care but still charge for that contracted day. I will refuse care and charge for each subsequent contracted day until payment is received.

 

If you have had a change in personal circumstances and are struggling to make payments please discuss with me so we can make suitable arrangements.
